1. Sponsor and Administrator

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are at least 13 years of age at time of entry. Minors under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to enter and claim any prize (parent/guardian must complete prize verification on their behalf).
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, or anyone involved in the Contest's creation/administration are not eligible.
Participation constitutes entrant's full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions (which are final and binding in all matters).
3. Contest Period
The Contest runs from March 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM CST to March 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CST ("Contest Period"). All times are Central Standard Time (CST).
Four periods for judging:Period 1: March 1 – March 10 → Winners announced March 10
Period 2: March 11 – March 17 → Winners announced March 17
Period 3: March 18 – March 24 → Winners announced March 24

Publish original article(s) on BrainSpam.com during the Contest Period.Each eligible published article automatically enters the creator for the periods in which it earns traffic. No limit on articles per creator. Same creator can win multiple times/prizes.
No other method of entry. Entries must be original content complying with BrainSpam.com's terms of service. Sponsor reserves right to disqualify spam, plagiarized, or rule-violating content.
5. Judging & Winner Selection
Winners determined by highest unique users (visitors) to the article page, tracked via Google Analytics (official metric). Dashboard view counts are for reference only—may differ slightly from GA data.Periods 1–3: Top unique users in that short period → Winner & Runner-Up.
Grand Prize: Highest total unique users across entire Contest Period → Grand Winner & Runner-Up.Tiebreaker: Earliest publish date/time. Sponsor may verify traffic sources; any artificial inflation (bots, paid traffic farms, VPN loops, etc.) = immediate disqualification and potential ban from platform. Sponsor's GA data is final.
Winners notified via email (from @brainspam.com) within 48 hours of announcement date. Must respond within 7 days with prize choice, shipping address (U.S. only), and (if minor) parental consent/verification. Non-response/forfeiture → alternate winner selected.
6. Prizes (Approximate Retail Value / ARV; winners choose item or cash equivalent via Venmo)Period 1 (announced Mar 10): Winner – $100 value (e.g., AirPods, JBL speaker, gaming gear, or $100 Venmo); Runner-Up – $25 value (e.g., gift card or small accessory)

Grand Prize (announced Mar 31): Winner – $300 value (e.g., drone, premium headset); Runner-Up – $100 valueTotal ARV: $1,000. Prizes non-transferable, no cash substitution except as offered (Venmo cash alternative at exact ARV). Sponsor ships physical prizes free to U.S. address or sends Venmo within 14 days of verification. Winners responsible for all taxes, fees, reporting. Odds depend on number/quality of entries and traffic performance.
7. General ConditionsBy entering, you grant Sponsor license to use your username, article title, and likeness for promotion without compensation (except prizes).
Sponsor not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or inaccurate traffic data.
Sponsor may disqualify violators or cancel/modify Contest if fraud, technical failure, or other issues compromise fairness (void where prohibited).
Disputes: Governed by Texas law; venue in Travis County, Texas courts.8. Privacy
